Key Responsibilities:

-Develop a rapport with clients, generate new leasing traffic, lease apartments, and qualify prospects to meet your monthly sales goal and achieve maximum occupancy

-Present community and apartment/model to prospective residents, apply product knowledge to client needs by communicating the features and benefits; CLOSE THE SALE!

-Inspect model and market ready vacancies to ensure they are "show-ready"

-Participate in marketing activities for the community, including brainstorming and market outreach

-Complete follow up with prospective new residents

-Assist clients through the application and move in process

-Conducts all business in accordance with company policy and procedures, Fair Housing laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and any other applicable Federal and State laws

Desired Qualifications:.

-High School Diploma or equivalent

- Must be available to work Monday - Saturday

- Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

-Understanding of social media posting and engagement

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Results Oriented and strives for continuous improvement

-3 years prior sales experience, or 2 years of prior property management experience, preferred.
